Private School Case Study
A large independent boarding school in Essex contracted Ingot Services to clean their busy kitchen as they recognised the importance of ensuring their kitchen extract systems were clean for fire safety and hygiene reasons. The school had become concerned at the standard of service from the company that had been undertaking their extract cleaning to date. The company was often unreliable and their results were often unsatisfactory.
The school’s Catering Services Manager approached Ingot Services along with other commercial cleaning companies and asked them to quote for the work. Ingot were awarded the contract after they were able to demonstrate their professionalism through surveying the site before producing a quote that included photographic records and options and costs for various different types of cleans whether such as a complete kitchen deep clean or a high level extract clean.
The Catering Services Manager has been impressed with the standard of cleaning and with the flexibility of Ingot. Each clean is undertaken at a time and date that suits the school. On completion of each job the school receives a report including pre and post photographs and a certificate for their insurance company.
